Also try not to hit up on your employees as well

The court ruled that American Mark Hinnawi committed an act of forced obscenity in April last year against a female teacher at the cram school (buxiban) he founded in New Taipei.
Hinnawi is listed as the director of Key English in Yonghe, New Taipei on the school's website.
The verdict said he had attempted to hug the teacher who had been working there since February before a class started but was rejected, after which he forcibly thrust his lower body against hers until interrupted by the approach of students.
The teacher confronted Hinnawi and said she wanted to quit, at which point her employer apologized, the verdict said. She recorded the apology as evidence and reported the case to police.
During his trial, Hinnawi denied the accusations against him, the verdict said.
The Taiwan High Court had handed Hinnawi a seven-month sentence after ruling that he committed the act against the victim's will and had tried to talk his way out of it afterwards.
According to article 224 of Taiwan's Criminal Code, a person who commits an obscene act toward a person against his or her will through the use of violence, threat, intimidation, or hypnosis is liable for imprisonment of between six months and five years.
