Let me give you an example. You drink on a given evening, do the right thing, spend the night and drive home in the morning but get in an accident because some fucktwat rammed into you. Its the next day, you are stone sober but because you got in an accident you HAVE TO blow (this is part of the new law). Its noon on Sunday and there is still enough alcohol in your blood to make you a criminal, wouldn't have before, does now.
Your life here is hanging in the balance, and all because of the law being carried too far.
The laws are strict because some Asians have a low tolerance for alcohol. Some can get literally pissed on a couple drinks.
It's not like in Europe, where people have been consuming alcohol for millenia and our genetics have been altered as a result.
IF you drive home drunk and drive the next day like ZD did then you get whats coming to you Also many people are not stone sober the next day. Alcohol takes time to be reduced in the body. If you have alcohol in your blood then you are not sober, even if you feel you are.
