As has been brought up numerous times, and as is mentioned in the trial accounts, a large number of the cameras at intersections enroute had their data deleted for the time frames in question. The driver was not identifiable in the footage of the actual collision.

Again, the prosecution was unable to provide any evidence whatsoever to prove that ZD was ever at the wheel after leaving the KTV.

Zain dean wasnt even in the car when the accident happened.

Thus my recent actions. I felt that I was given no choice but to take matters into my own hands; to defend my human rights and leave Taiwan in the way that I did, which was to take the passport of another without his consent.

. The law is written clearly; a person is innocent until proven guilty. I have no idea why after 2 trials I was found guilty in both trials.
I think its because of my dark skin colour

Here's the rub now though Mr Dean. Your friend has admitted he sold his passport to you for some cash and a bicycle and your girlfriend admitted she booked the tickets on her cell phone for you.

You didn't take anything without anyones consent, except according to the judge in the courts you were tried in twice here, the life of a young working man.

How does this make you look? One of your friends is in jail and the other possible facing a long jail term as well. You aslo claimed you would come back if an international rights group was allowed to observe at another trial. But no such group has ever come forth and said they are willing to do this.

Zain Dean, I just realized something seeing as you admitted you cannot read and write Chinese.

You said you made the airline booking yourself in the Apple Skype interview. But your GF already confessed to the police that she booked the ticked on her cellphone because "David" couldn't speak Chinese and she said you asked her to do so.

So if she booked the ticket this proves you have lied. The Police have the text messages from her phone. What say you now? Your GF is lying? David and your GF are now going to face the courts and if they helped you deservedly so will go to jail. You must be really proud of your actions now and this is how you are proving your innocence? David amitted selling you his passport but you said you stole it. More lies from you.

You say the KTV video proves your innocence. It doesn't, It just proves you were not driving when you left the KTV. You are on video driving home. But this doesn't prove you are guilty either. But the KTV has a video of the KTV driver back talking with customers so he could not have been driving when the accident happened? You claim this is not enough to show you were driving yes? There must have been another unknown person driving? Then where did he come from if he is not on the video are you claiming the KTV driver stopped and asked someone else to drive you?

You must be one scared rabbit now that you are saying you will flee the UK to avoid capture. I thought your story was strong enough to get those human rights organizations and the British government behind you?

Why am I not surprised the Police and President MA's office are not going to talk to you, why would they? You are just a common criminal fleeing a prison sentence is how they will see this.

The coffeeshop manager who murdered (already confessed) two people in Danshui is also up for bail.

But this dude who allegedly gave his passport to somebody was held indefinitely.

Please explain the logic and fairness of the justice system somebody?

Well you should no that if you dont have any documents to ID yourself with you can be held indefinitely.

Also he's been charged and held on remand. I think the judges may look at UK law. Conspiracy to pervert the course of Justice carries a maximum life penalty..

So if this guy who sold his passport to a convicted criminal killer wanted a better life, then he shouldn't have sold his passport for a niggardly amount of money and a bicycle. Anyways as he was broke with no job he's better off with free accomodation and 3 meals a day.

HH2, you're just carrying on with the tired m/o of attempting to make your guilty friends look innocent and persecuted by confusing and obfuscating the issues. Your friends got caught in their lies, didn't they? ZD stated that he took the passport without his friend knowing, and that his girlfriend was uninvolved. Only problem is, they both admitted the passport was sold and the girlfriend ordered tickets. But none of that matters. But it's all the fault of the supposedly bad police and courts in Taiwan, right?
