Sure. I do miss your phone calls telling me to get a lawyer because I will be sued for libel over comments I made about ZD on the flob.

The only problem with your threats is that you can't sue for something that is true now can you!!!

I do miss your calls though. I miss people like you so willing to make up shit and post lies on forums about ZD. Especially the one where you claimed ZD wasn't even in the car when it struck and killed another person, or that he (ZD) never drove the car home that night.

It's one thing to stick up for your friends who are accused of crimes, quite another to post lies which can be seen for what they are when claiming your friend has been stitched up and no prosecutor would take the case. How is it you had the video forensically examined again? ZD claims he could never get the video evidence from the court but you could. Pretty amazing.

They could post lies, attack others and post threats to sue if someone called them out (and know that those posts would be allowed to remain). Well it seems sentences are finally getting longer for drunk driving resulting in others deaths. 8.5 years is the latest.

ZD should feel lucky he will do 4 years plus his time in Scotland on appeal of extradition. How is he going to pay the NT$ 5 Million he owes Microsoft for the copyrights case and NT$7.75 million he owes to the family of the man he killed?

New part of the extradition goes on in next few days. 26 - 28 February.

ZD's lawyer going to complain about video evidence again. Can't wait for the lawyers for Taiwan to make note where he claims he would release new video but didn't.
Same for ZD claiming he has video evidence he hasn't released yet.

Yes, really. How idiotic I was to believe from my closest advisers who told me to use someone else's passport to flee that once I was back in the UK I would be untouchable. That Taiwan government would have no hope of touching me. So I never bothered with contesting the civil suit as well.

Sandman even bragging they knew where I lived and couldn't do anything.

It seems the Taiwan government were laughing in your faces as they negotiated that MOI that has allowed me to be sitting in jail facing the likely prospect of me being extradited.
I have 3 more days to create more fanciful tales to the Scottish Judge.

I also forgot to mention Taiwan is not a party to the Hague Convention on Human Rights. Dean is lucky that he comes from a country that respects the rule of law in all it's forms, you can't just hand over people or deport them. Even suspected terrorists are difficult to deport.

Well we tried to tell the court that Taiwan wasn't even a territory. Look where that's gotten me. Still in prison.

I'm just a lowly drunk as a skunk convicted killer. Terrorists have a higher status than I do.

Let's get to the point. This case comes down to one thing: "Who was driving the car when it hit Mr. Huang?" Video evidence from the KTV shows Zain getting into the passenger seat and a valet driving the car away. The same video shows the valet coming back a few minutes later - too soon to crash into Huang and then get back to the KTV in time.
So what's more likely? (1) The prosecutor's story that Zain kicked the valet out of the car a few minutes after leaving the KTV, and drove himself home in a drunken state, hitting Huang on the way? Or (2) Zain's story, which involves a complex conspiracy between the authorities, the KTV staff, and the media, to tamper with video evidence and frame him with the crime?
I was at one of Zain's court hearings, and I have to admit there were gaping holes in the police case, the KTV staffs' statements, and Zain's defense as well. Yet through all that bullshit, the prosecutor asked the key question, which I borrowed above: "Who was driving the car when it hit Mr. Huang?" Zain’s lawyer didn’t have an answer to that question, and that’s why the judge convicted him. I think almost any judge/jury almost anywhere in the world would do the same.

Yes and this point and other pints will be brought up in the next few days. ZD will have a hard time convincing the Scottish High Court Judge he wasn't driving.
