You are all over the place with both your online name and name IRL.
But again on linked you claim to have 11 - 50 employees at Taiwanease. Really Tony? More lies to pump up your image. You have already admitted Taiwanease isn't even a registered business anywhere.

Originally a highly acclaimed magazine, Taiwanease was officially re-launched as an independent website on September 1st, 2012.
Since then, Taiwanease has grown to be the largest website of its kind in Taiwan, with bustling forums, classified ads, smartphone apps, an island-wide directory, magazine articles, "how-to" guides, and a popular community VIP loyalty card program.
Marubeni Corp. is headquartered in Japan,
Marubeni Corporation (丸紅株式会社 Marubeni Kabushiki-gaisha?) (TYO: 8002, OSE: 8002, NSE: 8002) is a Japanese trading company, one of the largest general trading companies (Sōgō shōsha) in Japan. Its head office is in Ōtemachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo., <-- from WikiWacki.
Funny thing is, when contacted by a local in Japan, they have never heard of a "sub-contract manager" in Taipei, Taiwan by the name of "Anthony Van Dyke"...maybe it's a translation thing...
Nice company to be "affiliated" with....(again, from WickiWacki)
(Controversy
In January 2012, Marubeni Corporation agreed to pay a US$54.6 million criminal penalty to settle multiple US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) charges relating to its work as an agent for the TSKJ joint venture. The TSKJ joint venture comprising Technip, Snamprogetti Netherlands, Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) and JGC Corporation hired Marubeni to bribe lower-level Nigerian government officials to help it obtain and retain contracts to build liquefied natural gas facilities on Bonny Island in Nigeria.[3] TSKJ paid Marubeni US$51 million which was intended, in part, to be used to bribe Nigerian government officials."And really, 11-50 employees for Taiwanease. What exactly is the criteria being used to define an "employee" here?
Rather dubious and far-fetched...LOL!
From a deleted thread on Taiwanease which was discussing, trying to at least, smurfing being used on internet web sites; a deleted response to a personal attack (Posted for safe-keeping and posterity)
Some points regarding the OP:
The intention of this post was to illustrate a case of a person using the "smurf" technique as a tool to stifle a website that has a political bias other than his own.
Mr. Warman used this "smurfing" to post comments that were knowingly in violation of Canadas "hate speech" rulings.
He then filed legal papers against the website under this "hate speech" section of the Canadian legal codes.
As this is a internet forum which sometimes discusses topics that might be somewhat politically controversial, I thought this matter might be of some interest to some forum members.
As this occurred in Canada, references to Canadian law, and its different interpretation of intent and evidential proof thereof, were, IMO, relevant to this matter.
Can this procedure be followed elsewhere? Who knows. There have been legal suits brought about on Taiwan because of someones umbrage at an internet comment. Could this then be used to actually shut-down a controversial website here?
Can this be applied to other countries since a legal precedent may have been established in Canada?
IMO, good and valid questions. Ones I thought might be a good topic for discussion here. Apparently not.
ChinaCat is spot-on with his comment:
"There are significant differences in how and what types of speech are protected in Canada and in the US."
There are also significant differences in how these laws are interpreted by the various judicial branches in Canada.
This is also absolutely true and correct:
Toad also brings forth a good question, although in a rather side-ways manner - This was about more than just this persons displeasure re:"gun rights."
This person objected to the political position of the website and its regular posting. The fact that the article link is to a firearms website is incidental - that was just where this story was posted. It is about the issue of freedom of thought and comment and how the legal system can be manipulated.
As to:
"The laws in Canada are unique to their culture."
The laws in each and every country are unique to their culture. It is a needed framing that makes the legal system in each country viable for the culture and society of the country.
Hell, Taiwans legal system is based on the legal system of Germany - however, it has been modified and amended to make it unique to Taiwan and its culture.
Also, to take such a destructive and thread disruptive position, and allow others to follow suit, is the very definition of "TROLLING."
Oh, and as to not responding to certain comments - I try to subscribe to...Don't Feed the Trolls.
