Yup. Pretty much does say it all. This is an individual who denied driving drunk at all that night... until footage emerged of him doing exactly that. He then blamed the ktv driver... until footage emerged of him back at his station before the accident. Doctored video? Too bad witnesses corroborated the video evidence. Too bad also that a still frame from a roadside video camera taken right before the accident showed only a single occupant in the car-- nobody slumped over; just a single occupant.

This is an individual who had a history of driving drunk and had been warned about it by friends. This is a person who left a man at the side of the road to die after the accident and who left his friends to take the fall for him after fleeing the country. I truly hope he drags this out longer and that additional sentences and punishments are handed out upon his eventual return to Taiwan. He deserves everything he's going through and more.

HIT & RUN KILLERS APPEAL DECISION IN MAY 2015

At least he is doing jail time somewhere. After he loses this appeal we can expect another appeal. He will lose them all and then he will be deported from the UK to face justice here.
He can spend years in jail appealing.

So firing lawyers to avoid extradition. Great actually you will just spend more time in jail before eventually being sent back. You'll end up serving 10 years the way you are going now.

Things are looking grim for me. The judges all have it in for me. Maybe some news this month on my bid for freedom.
I've been on a slimming plan and hope to rub Vaseline over my body, slip through the bars and have me an escape.

My case has not been concluded yet. On some other site it was rumoured the case was dropped and I was out of jail. Pure lies by Sandman who says he has been in contact with me. I am still in jail and it's so unfair. I only killed some guy and as my good friend Anthony Van Dyck says, dead is dead. I'm alive and that's what matters now.
