What agency is going to take up Chris Churchers case? NONE. WHY? Because he conspired with you to commit crimes and sell you his passport. He sold you his passport and now he's rightly in jail for that waiting to be sentenced to perhaps a time longer than you were. You must be really proud about that. Your GF is next up. You think some international agency wants to get involved with a drunk driver who wants to claim that because you weren't filmed on video having an accident that killed a man you should be set free when just a minute later you are on video driving home? Care to explain who was driving then? The KTV driver was back at the KTV we all know that. When the judge asked you if it wasn't you driving then who was it you had no answer. You didn't get up in court and say it was someone else.

Sandman of course the ROC Office does not have jurisdiction in the UK. It will take them time to ask the UK Authorities for help Zain Dean for extradition. No doubt there would be court cases to proceed with. You seem to be very pleased to announce where ZD is living.

Proof positive that you AREN'T impartial, and never have been. You're in contact with him. You aren't interested in the facts of the case. You want to protect your mate. A friend who commits a crime is no reflection on you. But defending that friend in the face of the facts, and his continued immoral actions, definitely is.

I would love to go. But I can't get time off work and anyways there will probably be the usual rubber necks there to see Chris get an undeserved 5 year jail sentence.

Chris only got 7 months in Jail. The prosecutors got exactly what they asked for, so there was no leniency in the sentencing. I guess "fortunate" would have been less than what the prosecutors asked for.

And not to be contradictory, but I heard from someone who was at the sentencing that Chris's sentence could NOT be converted to a fine. Here is Chris in a video talking about things even prison. I guess he can make a nice flim for Nat Geo's Locked Up Abroad after he is deported back to the UK.
